While the Cats Away...

Ryan went on his annual fishing trip to Canada June 14th- 20th, so Ava and I decided to have a little fun too! We had a busy fun-filled week...

We had lunch at Champps with our mom and baby friends (see pics below), dinner with Amy (sorry no pics), a trip to Alexandria with Keaton - Ava spent the day with Grandma (again no pics), lunch with Jen in downtown Minneapolis (Ava's 1st time downtown and visiting the Farmer's Market - sorry no pics), Underwater Adventures at Mall of America with our mom and baby group (pics below), a puppet show playdate with Griffin, and lunch at the Sunshine Factory with Grandpa & Grandma Iverson, Keaton, and Melisa & Carl - They announced they are having a baby girl!!! Ava's going to be a big cousin to Baby Taylor!!!

It was quite an eventful and exciting week, but we missed Daddy and we were very happy to have him home in time for Father's Day on June 21st (again no pics - sorry - I don't know what has happened to me - I used to capture every moment on that camera - Guess life is a little busier these days:)

Puppet Show?!

Ava and I went to the park to see a puppet show with our neighbor friends Tammy and Griffin.

But the puppet show didn't show up, so we played and made our own fun!

Ava and Griffin shared their toys and their snacks - They are becoming good buddies!

Mall of America

We went to Mall of America with our mom & baby friends

It was Ava's 1st time at Underwater Adventures!

We saw lots of fish, sharks, and stingrays

Purple Princess

We slept in late and played in our jammies!

A Little Piece of Paradise

Ava was having a fun tropical get-away right in our own backyard.

Auntie Melisa and Uncle Carl gave Ava this swimming pool for her 1st birthday - She loves it!!!

Puppies!!!

We went to visit Great Grandma Windsperger and Ava fell in love with these two little stuffed puppies - When she sees a dog she whispers the word puppy "pah pah"

She's so stinkin cute and smart too!!!

All this growing makes a girl tired :)

Ava is a great sleeper and she loves her blankies!

Most nights she'll sleep from 8:00pm - 7:30am. When we go in to get her in the morning she'll hand us her two blankets (one at a time) and then she'll reach her arms up to be held - It's so darn cute!
