Prom 2009

Things have been super busy for Keaton (and the rest of us) lately! He is finishing up 4th quarter at Armstrong High School, so far he's got all A's and a B in his classes - We're very proud of how well he has done! He participated in a job olympics event at school and won 1st place bringing home a gold medal and a brand new ipod...along with a HUGE smile :) He was accepted to Alexandria Technical College in Alexandria, MN and plans to attend there in the Fall for Law Enforcement. He's still working his 2 jobs - VIP Auto and Subway - and doing very well.
Keaton recently went back to attend prom at Farmington High School - He had a good time seeing all his old friends again.

He's become quite the man!
Lookin' good yo!

1st Haircut

OK OK, so it wasn't a full haircut - just a little bang trim.
Mommy can't stand to have those precious little curls cut just yet.

Auntie Melisa (Ski) did a great job...see how cute she looks?!
We had to use yogurt drops to help keep Ava occupied and sitting still (you can see some of it around her mouth). She did a great job though!!!
The haircut was a bittersweet milestone - My little baby is no doubt becoming a big girl now.

Birthday Babies!!!

We hosted a 1st birthday party for our Mom and Baby group friends on April 19th, since all of the babies were born within a week or so of each other. It was lots of fun!!!

The Dads joined us too :)

The birthday princesses

Ava found someone's shoe :)

Not so sure about this yet....

Everybody's ready!!!

Getting a first taste :)

As you can see, Ava seemed to love the frosting, but didn't seem to care much about the cake part of the cupcake.
She was happy to just rest her little chin on the table and lick the frosting off the top :)
Go Logan!!! Show the girls how it's done!

Tivoli wanted an upside down cake instead :)

Ava Helen gave Logan a run for his money!

Time for...

Presents!!!

and Playtime!!!

Happy 1st Birthday Logan, Ava Helen, Tivoli and Ava Marie!!!

Hippity-Hoppity

Waiting for the Easter Bunny :)

Mr. Bunny left Ava lots goodies!!!

Easter Fun!

Easter Sunday - April 12, 2009

We had Grandpa and Grandma Iverson, Uncle Carl and Aunt Melisa over for monkey bread and fruit before church, then we went to Grandpa and Grandma's for an Easter Egg hunt, baskets, and Easter dinner.

Ava and her Easter basket
So many fun things - Thanks Easter Bunny!!!

Ava's very own remote! Yea!!!

Finding her Easter basket

Look who's in control

We have to fight Ava for the remote - She loves that thing!

Finger Foods

Forks & Spoons

Ava has gotten very good at eating finger foods and has now moved on to using forks and spoons herself (with some assistance of course:).
