1st Road Trip!!!

Ava's first road trip was to Sioux Falls, SD to visit Grandma and Grandpa Nolte for the 4th of July weekend. Uncle Mike and Carmen were coming to visit too - YEA!!!
Grandma Nolte was so happy to finally get her arms around little Ava again!
Ava was happy and content most of the weekend....probably because Grandpa and Grandma Nolte held her most of the time :)

Grandma bought Ava a vibrating play chair - She liked it although it might not look like it here :)

"Great" Great Grandparents!

Great Grandpa & Great Grandma Iverson came all the way from Arizona to meet Ava for the 1st time. Grandpa Peter said he thought he was already a "great" grandpa so now he is a "great" great grandpa! Very true!

Tummy time tires me out! Ava actually loves tummy time. She plays and coos and smiles the whole time, but today it wore her out :)

Ava and I went to visit "Uncle" Keaton in Farmington, MN about a month ago. We went out for lunch and did a little shopping. It was lots of fun and Ava did great! Hard to believe it, but Keaton is going to be a SENIOR this coming school year - We're so proud of him!

Ava's little "dactiles" - We jokingly say that Ava is our little terradactile because when she cries she screeches like a dinosaur and she spreads her hands and feet out and waves them around - guess you have to see it in person - it's sad but it's pretty darn cute too :)
